the staff were very helpful.. the free tuktuk to the bts was quite handy.
I found the breakfast disappointing. It was quite overpriced for the limited selection on offer. the wifi was also a real pain.. i had to log in repeatedly, and the connection was often slow. plus, the hotel claimed to offer a free shuttle to chatuchak market, but it only took us to the train station, a bit cheeky.
