mediocre stay with structural issues

large cracks controlled air conditioning

the gym was acceptable it had essential equipment.

i noticed multiple large cracks in the walls of my room this raised concerns about the building's structural safety after recent seismic activity also the air conditioning was centrally controlled the room temperature could not be lowered below 22 degrees , made sleeping uncomfortable.

poor communication skills false accusation

the 7-eleven downstairs was convenient.

the glasses were not sound proof , so i could not sleep at night due to noise from the highway. the checkout experience was disappointing , as we were wrongly accused of damaging the pillows. i found this accusation uncomfortable and unnecessary , and the staff's communication skills were poor.

blackout windows good variety convenient location locked air conditioning cold room water leak

the room included blackout windows which aided sleep. breakfast offered a good variety with omelets made to order. its location between two train stations and nearby bus stops proved convenient.

i found the air conditioning difficult to manage as it was locked, preventing me from raising the temperature above 22 degrees. this. a serious water leak also occurred with the air conditioning in one of the rooms.

I enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. i also found a 7-eleven shop right out front. Very convenient. our room on the 26th floor provided a really nice view. It greeted us every morning and night when we returned.

The breakfast was not great. the food selection seemed geared to other countries. the bread rolls were hard. the coffee machines needed constant refilling. It was difficult
