The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. i found public transportation access easy. room cleaners were helpful with a room change request. the self-service laundry was very convenient. I did not have to pay extra for using it.
the website pictures should be updated. it was difficult to get a quick email response. this made resolving a minor issue take longer than necessary. i wish the communication was a bit faster.

the hotel is near the station and provides great public transport options. i found the area safe with numerous eating places nearby. the location provides easy access to various points of interest.

the helping service was effective when i struggled with the tv. the staff was prompt and courteous in their assistance. i also found the digital experience with the app easy to use.

the kitchen was nice with a coffee maker provided. i appreciated the tea and coffee left out. i did also found some good options around the hotel, but I did not use the kitchen much.

I loved how clean and modern the hotel was. Teas and coffees were available, along with water, a nice touch. The location near the train station and bus stops made getting around very easy. Check-in and check-out were also SUPER easy.
The bed linen was quite noisy.
