i found the beds super comfy it helped me rest well after long days i also appreciated the fast check-in using the app and the mobile key availability the breakfast was fabulous with a great view of the park i found it easy to get to copenhagen and the airport using bus 19 metro 2 or the train from the nearby station.
the room i stayed in felt a little warm and the air conditioning did not seem to have much effect

the room was quiet i stayed in a business class room on the third floor the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was spacious there was plenty of space for my things and a large table was available i appreciated the independent aircon and a window that opened to the street. breakfast had a large buffet with fruits yoghurts and eggs gluten- and lactose-intolerant options were available. every staff member was service-minded and proactive whenever we had requests.
the rooms have cheap curtains that do not darken the room enough because of this i woke up early due to the light.

the check-in process was quick. i found the staff to be very helpful. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! parking was easy. i appreciated the nice room.
The room temperature was a little too warm for my liking. The air conditioning wasn't as effective as i hoped.
