the room was clean and the bed was comfortable for the night
upon arrival i was given the key at the bottom of the stairs with directions to my room no one showed me around breakfast was a pre order system which is annoying i dont know what i want for breakfast the night before also the carpet fitting in the room was terrible it was cut short by the door

The room was very clean and tidy, especially the big bath. Power shower and pillows were excellent.
The service was quite slow during dinner, I waited a long time for my food. When it finally arrived, my dish came at a different time than my partner's. Hers was stone cold. The manager was also quite rude and condescending.

The service in the dining area was slow. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my food. I found the lack of prompt service disappointing. I also noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom. The sealant around the shower was poorly done, and there was mould in the corners. I would have expected better attention to detail, given the price point.

the bed was comfy enough i suppose it sufficed for the night
the room had a strange smell i couldn't quite place it but it was off-putting there was also a stain on the carpet i tried to ignore the tv remote didn't work i had to get up each time to change channels a real pain

the lime room was lovely. it included a spa bath and separate shower and i liked that. the bed was big and comfy with plenty space. the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent with simple menu.
when i arrived, i get my key at bottom of stairs and they told me where the room are. nobody showed the room. i don't like that
