The staff demonstrated kindness, offering assistance and ensuring all my questions were answered, which I found helpful. Breakfast included smart portion cups and homemade jam. Orange juice was missed though. Value was great. The location proved perfect. Central station, street food market, and parking were nearby. These aspects enhanced convenience. The lobby and lounge area were beautiful. Complimentary drinks were available some nights!
The room didn't come with a phone! So, contacting reception was inconvenient.
