the location proved very convenient near fenway park. i appreciated the continental breakfast available each morning it included bagels hard boiled eggs and pastries. the staff was friendly and helpful providing clear instructions for everything.
carrying luggage to an upper floor required extra effort. this might be a challenge with heavy bags or mobility issues.

I loved the proximity to fenway park, it was an easy walk. the staff was nice, and the room was clean, i really appreciated that. the bed was also comfortable. I slept well each night.
It was a bit difficult carrying my luggage up, though i managed.
