the room i got, a 'standard room', was ridiculously small. i seemed like i was in a closet. also, the safe in the room didn't work, and despite me asking repeatedly, it never got fixed. talk about a secure stay!

The staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. I appreciated how close it was to many attractions. The included pastry and coffee in the morning was a simple, but nice addition.
My room felt quite cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. The safe in the room was not working, an inconvenience. The elevator was out of service one day, which required using the stairs to the upper floors.

i found the location unbeatable everything was right there i also enjoyed complimentary coffee and a pastry each morning the staff was always friendly and ready to help with directions or recommendations everything was easy. the rooms were super clean with a clever layout and a really nice big shower it was a perfect space after a long day of walking.
the small size of the room felt a bit cramped it was challenging to fully unpack and move around comfortably more storage space would have helped enhance the overall experience.

I found the location very convenient, just across from the famous public library. The nearby subway station provided easy access to various destinations. The complimentary coffee and pastry each morning were a nice touch. The helpful and friendly service staff. The price was very convenient for all the things included.
I noticed the air conditioning unit was a little noisy. It could be disruptive if you are sensitive to sound.
