a decent stay
attentive staff good food beach side late check zero soundproofing loud music
i booked a room originally called ocean breeze bungalow king. i encountered issues, so they upgraded me to a beach side suite. the staff were attentive and nice. the location and the food is also very good.
i booked a room with an early check in. i was made to wait until 2 pm. the rooms have zero sound proofing, if you have noisy neighbors, good luck. the music by the pool is too loud.

decent stay with some letdowns
slow check-in shower malfunction
the resort's location was acceptable with the beach within easy reach of the bungalows.
I booked an ocean breeze bungalow king. when i arrived, i had to wait for half an hour for no apparent reason. the first night, the overhead rainfall shower didn't work, only the hand shower. after they fixed it, the hand shower stopped working. Amateur maintenance really.

private beach clean sand charming views
the resort has a private beach area. i spent hours relaxing on the clean sand. breakfast had numerous options and a treehouse restaurant offered CHARMING views. The pool area had plenty of space and several sun loungers.
some parts of the resort seemed a little dated.

Beautiful beachfront stay!
pier dining ocean sounds
i enjoyed that the resort had several restaurants. dining on the pier was a treat, especially because i liked the ocean sounds and seafood! the hotel staff arranged a private boat tour to the southern islands.
The resort lacked sufficient sunbeds near the pool and beach. securing a comfortable spot to relax was often difficult. It was a minor inconvenience.

the infinity pool features lovely views and is well sized! the resort includes a gym to exercise during your stay! a herbal bath experience is available and offers relaxation and a unique touch.

the jungle bungalow king offers ocean views from the balcony and is a short walk to the beach. the rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds! the bathroom features a bathtub and necessary personal hygiene products.

the hotel is directly adjacent to the sea, so you can hear and see it from your room! the beach is beautiful, calm, and ideal for swimming or relaxing! the location made it easy to access the beach and other facilities.

food quality wide variety dangerous wiring open wardrobe
the breakfast had a wide variety of food! the quality was also great.
I reported that i could not turn off the light in the open wardrobe. It kept me awake for five nights. i reported this problem multiple times but it was never fixed. the wiring looked dangerous.

landscaped walkway clean beach sun chair delicious food
i found the grounds beautifully maintained. flowering trees and landscaped walkways enhance the hotel. the beach is clean with comfortable sun chairs. spa treatments felt luxurious. the restaurants provided delicious food with attentive service.
the resort showed some signs of age, particularly in the bathroom fittings. i noticed a few stains on the towels.

my jungle bungalow king featured a comfortable bed and design. the room included a safe for securing valuables, it added to the convenience. the accommodation felt private due to the surrounding tropical garden.

breakfast offered many choices, the buffet style providing variety. the ocean grill serves a nice sunset dinner. happy hour brings drinks to the sunbeds on the beach, a nice touch.

The staff offers great assistance. Each member shows very nice friendliness. i experienced mrs hue preparing an herbal bath, a personal care i have valued. i received refreshing drinks upon arrival in the lobby, this was nice.
