Amazing Stay! Loved Everything!

Our Premium Room View was fantastic with city and river views! The products provided were high quality, and bedding was so comfortable I had the best sleep ever. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of dishes for every taste! The Level upgrade included complimentary soft drinks, snacks, evening cocktails, beer, wine, and canapés, so worth it!
The elevator to the sky bar wasn't working. Going through the service area was an odyssey.

The staff were SUPER attentive and helpful. i loved the breakfast buffet. So many choices! the rooftop bar, zenith, has amazing city views. the eighth-floor pool was a perfect relaxation spot. The views were very nice!
The elevator to the sky bar wasn't working. Accessing it through the service area was a bit of a hassle.

crowded buffetslow elevators
the breakfast buffet was a bit of a scrum. it felt more like a competition for the last croissant than a relaxing start to the day. also the elevators seemed perpetually slow. i often waited ages for one and when it finally arrived it was already packed with other guests. it all felt a bit inefficient.

i recall that i booked a room that gave me access to the executive lounge level. it was situated on floor 32. to finish a busy day of sightseeing with wine felt special. our corner room existed on the 30th floor with views to both sides.

the room was spacious (a relief after a long day). the hotel's location was acceptable.
I found the service slow at times. the breakfast lacked fresh ingredients. Beef stir fry noodles had no beef. also, the windows seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in ages.
