The staff was helpful, particularly with directions. Breakfast offered a good selection of Turkish items including olives and cheeses. The hotel provided a mini-fridge in the room, which I found useful. The location is convenient as it's near the bazaar and clock tower.

My room had limited natural light and relied heavily on artificial lighting, feel somewhat dark. The sconces beside the bed were not adequate for reading or working.

The room was quite small. Maneuvering around with luggage became a challenge. The soundproofing was not good. Street noise disrupted sleep. The air conditioning barely worked.
