I found a wide variety of food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool and beach areas were well-kept. The beds offered great comfort. The room provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The curtains in the rooms were not blackout curtains, so a lot of light came in.

the food included a great variety so everyone could find something they liked. the hotel offered constant service of snacks , drinks , ice creams and little treats.
the water park shown in pictures is not within the hotel premises , requiring an 8-10 minute bus ride.

I appreciated the efficient shuttle service, running every few minutes to the beach. It made accessing the beach area simple. there were many activities and pools. I found the resort catered well to families with children. our rooms were comfortable, and the resort had plenty of food and drink options. I was grateful. the main international buffet offered good quality food for breakfast and dinner.

The staff took drink orders while i was lounging by the pool and delivered them. I found this very convenient! the entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging, and the guest service was helpful. cansu helped make the holiday amazing

The resort is vast with many things to do and see. It kept us entertained. the beach area was spacious offering plenty of room and with pools and a children's water area! there were snacks, drinks, and ice cream available until 5 pm. the hotel has a nice water park. It has a lot of activities.

The service in the buffet area felt lackluster. It took ages for anyone to clear our table, often leaving us sitting among dirty dishes. also, those blackout curtains? more like light-inviting curtains. Our room was never dark, a real bummer for sleeping in. a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bathroom bin was not a good sign. the lack of strong drinks was also pretty annoying

Wonderful Family Stay

I enjoyed the convenience of the frequent shuttle service to the private beach. The beach area offered ample space and facilities like pools and snack bars. I found the food selection very nice and appreciated the variety available throughout the day. I met many British guests who were very cute.
The check-in process lacked friendliness , and my request for nearby rooms was not accommodated. The staff promised to change our rooms but did not. The curtains did not block enough light.
