superb location amazing staff comfy bed
The location is superb for visiting Cadbury world! the staff remembered small details, and i appreciate that. the bed in the king room was super comfy. I slept so well!

helpful staff kind staff
I found the staff helpful. They were also very kind when I arrived late after leaving my daughter at the hospital. The chef even offered to prepare a sandwich for me since the restaurant was closed for a party
There was extensive refurbishment going on and noise during the day. I was not informed about this. Sleep was not comfortable as the mattress was old and I felt the springs

Charming Stay Near Local Attractions
continental breakfast helpful staff off-road parking
I appreciated the included continental breakfast. It offered a variety of options. The staff provided knives, forks, and plates when I ordered a takeaway one evening. Off-road parking was available , made bringing a car very convenient.
The bar area was closed during my entire stay. This made it difficult to relax in the evening after a long day.

A good stay near Cadbury World
train station smart tv large teapot garden view
I liked the proximity to Cadbury World. The train station was also nearby. The room included a smart tv. I also enjoyed the teapot that provided three mugs worth of tea.
The single room I stayed in felt a little bit cramped. It was only a slight issue.

The lady working in the kitchen was very friendly. Staff members were helpful. The team cleaned the room each day I was here.
