the hotel boasts a perfect location. it is right in the heart of town, offering convenient access to everything within walking distance. i liked the valet parking.. it functioned seamlessly. the staff are very helpful and friendly.
the room telephone did not function properly.

The hotel's location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
I had issues with the in-room amenities. The hairdryer lacked the correct plug, and the telephone was out of service (I hope they fix that). Staff members did not handle my concerns about these issues effectively.
