central location helpful staff breakfast options valet parking
the location is central to everything a visitor needs. the staff was quite friendly and helpful when assisting with breakfast for my friends and their kids. breakfast offered good options including delicious ala carte choices. valet parking was a convenient service..
I found that small toiletries in the room, like shampoo, were difficult to open. the hairdryer lacked the correct plug.

perfect location modern room amazing breakfast difficult amenities wrong plug non-functional telephone
the location is perfect it is right in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance. the rooms are beautifully designed they are modern. breakfast had plenty of choices it was amazing.
small touches such as the amenities in the room like shampoo were difficult to access. the hairdryer did not have the right plug it was inconvenient. the telephone in the room did not work i could not make calls from the room.

great variety central location
The breakfast offered a great variety. The location is very central, near restaurants and shops. Each day, I received a small gift in my room, such as chocolates.
The restaurant staff did not seem very pleasant. I felt as if they were doing me a favor by serving the meals.

the hotel boasts a perfect location. it is right in the heart of town, offering convenient access to everything within walking distance. i liked the valet parking.. it functioned seamlessly. the staff are very helpful and friendly.

incorrect plug defective telephone
The hotel's location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
I had issues with the in-room amenities. The hairdryer lacked the correct plug, and the telephone was out of service (I hope they fix that). Staff members did not handle my concerns about these issues effectively.
