I enjoyed the hotel's location. It made it simple to walk to Lady Macquarie's Chair. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was great. I liked free mini bar with snack pack. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel now has fewer little extras, I think prices should have reflected this fact.

The building's architecture is excellent. It really stands out. the room had very appealing decor and was spacious, especially the bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. i appreciated the hotel ground floor as it had plenty of seating options that all looked inviting and comfy.

i found that there was no closet for my clothing, only a few drawers were available. the staff, although young and earnest, sometimes lacked experience.

the staff were helpful and responsive. front desk employees were very cute and provided tips for getting around and local places to eat. i found the valet parking convenient.
