the location is perfect no car is needed to explore locally buses are available for trips to sydney central or randwick i visited family caught some eastern beaches walks and relaxed by the beach the breakfast buffet offered many choices it was really yummy

i found the rooms a little quiet rooms are better than others a little tlc is needed

The staff were friendly and provided really good service. I appreciated the early access to my upgraded room. It allowed me to settle in comfortably after my travels. Breakfast was good, and the ambience created a relaxing start to the day. The location IS really convenient. I easily explored nearby attractions.

The vending machine near the pool area had a limited selection. It could benefit from more variety.

the location was fantastic, steps from the beach. i really enjoyed the daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and milk. i found the staff very friendly, and they remembered our preferences (a sweet gesture!). the breakfast was extensive, especially the fresh hot food prepared by the chef.

the pool sometimes lacked enough available loungers.

the front desk was cute (ana deserves special mention). housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and the barista created a babycino each morning, a real treat for my little one. the team was always ready to assist.
