This hotel greeted me with lemongrass fragrance in the lobby. The terrace displayed sea views. My Luxury Room Sea View included complimentary champagne on arrival. I saw dolphins from the sea facing garden cabana.
The room service was slow one afternoon. It took a while for them to answer.

the level of service was admirable. upon arrival, we received hot towels and sparkling wine. the staff seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. the breakfast buffet had everything i could want while enjoying a amazing oceanfront view.
the gym lacked air conditioning, making workouts uncomfortable.
