small room missing amenities
the location was close to terminal 21 making it easy to access shops and restaurants i found this very convenient.
the room was smaller than i expected two people could not move around comfortably at the same time the bathroom lacked essential amenities only towels shampoo and soap were provided i felt the price was too high given these limitations.

very charming stay, indeed
friendly staff halal food
The staff was quite friendly and always smiling, which i valued. the breakfast selection offered a good variety of halal food options, a thoughtful touch. the pool was maintained very cleanly. I saw a lifeguard present.
during my stay, i found the room a bit small. also, the tv volume control seemed to not function. these issues slightly impacted the overall experience.

The hotel is near the shopping mall. It is convenient for accessing amenities. the area around the hotel has a quieter atmosphere than the busy city center, but is still near all the main attractions. accessing the beach from the hotel is a short walk.

Breakfast offers many choices. I had a great experience. the restaurant setting is comfortable. i noticed ms. poda at the restaurant. She.

the swimming pool has plenty of seats around it! allowing for relaxation. the hotel provides convenient parking, offering direct elevator access to the lobby. the pool area includes both a kids' playground and a splash pad.

chemical smell no investigation
The room smelled like chemicals one day. I called the receptionist, but no one came to investigate! i called a few times and waited, but there was no action from the staff. they told me to leave the room for a couple of hours because they were fixing the ac. That, supposedly, was the source. also, smoking was not allowed in the pool area, but someone smoked on my floor every day. Nothing happened when i complained.
