The room was super clean and the hotel equipment looked great. i really like the close location to terminal 21. It's close to the beach and takes only 10 minutes to walk. they gave each person 3 tokens. I use them for foods and toys. everything was so great, i really appreciate it.
we stayed with five families, and each family booked a room for two adults and two children. one of my kids had to sleep in the same bed as us, and when i asked for extra pillows and blankets, i was told there would be an additional charge. this is something i never saw at any hotel.

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, that includes ice cream. Such a treat! there are many options, so everyone finds something. the restaurants provide a wide variety of food options for lunch and dinner.

i observed the staff were very friendly and helpful. the check-in process ran smoothly, and they addressed all my questions quickly. the lifeguard made sure everyone was safe at the water park.

my room was big. it was a space beautiful king room. the hotel has a space theme. i like the elevators, they looked like space capsules. the hotel has a water park and sky pool.
the hotel was crowded. sometimes i had to wait in lines. the experience seemed like a conveyor belt.

the staff always had a smile. they were well trained. they helped find a taxi. i did not have any problems with the service. they are friendly.
