Charmed Stay at Boutique Gem
artful lobby large room walk-in closet
I found the lobby artful and well designed. The room I had was quite big, it included a walk-in closet. It featured a separate living room. Somebody could sleep on its couch, I think.
The shower pressure wasn't great, it fluctuated a lot. I mention this matter to the reception but it continued the same during my time there.

Breakfast provided a homemade feel, it presents a great variety. I had a tasty cappuccino. The complimentary products are Acqua di Parma. The hotel gave a nice experience.

We stayed in a loft suite. the room was very large with a walk-in closet and a separate living room (someone could sleep on the couch). the location was walkable. It was a short walk to milano centrale. the soundproofing was effective.
i noticed a few minor touch-ups could improve some room imperfections.

I found the artwork in the lobby beautiful. the staff was very friendly, and the room, a beautiful room, met all my needs. the location was excellent, near the metro station. Everything i needed was within easy reach.
the sound when opening the room with the keycard, i found, was slightly unpleasant.
