friendly staff clean room helpful information
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they helped me to book taxis. they gave me local information. the rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned everyday.
the breakfast was a little basic, with limited variety but that is a personal preference..

the reception desk was consistently staffed. a staff member, veysel, provided detailed explanations regarding local attractions on a provided map. this included information about public transport and tips for using the tramline.

the location allowed easy access to the tram. it was a short walk from major byzantine and ottoman monuments. the area felt safe, and i could walk to many attractions.

high noise levels limited breakfast
The noise levels were quite high at night! I could hear trucks loading and unloading even though my room faced a side street. The air conditioning kept cycling on and off. Breakfast options were limited, I expect more variety from a hotel of this purported class.

helpful tips quiet room convenient transport
the staff offered helpful tips for traveling around town using the tramline. i received a quiet room i requested before arriving. the location was great for seeing historical sites with convenient public transport. the breakfast included a satisfying array of options, like cheeses, olives, eggs, breads, and pastries.

the hotel is near main attractions, like the blue mosque. the tram station is only a few minutes away. i found many local restaurants near the place i stayed.

a somewhat standard experience
cramped space repetitive breakfast
The fitness center was a bit of a stretch. it had limited equipment, and the space felt cramped, a bit of false advertising if you ask me. also, the breakfast selection was repetitive. I saw the same sad pastries every morning. the noise from the street at night was also something, the windows didn't block it out enough.

constant noise limited choice
the street outside was noisy late at night trucks seemed to be loading and unloading constantly i barely slept. the air conditioning kept switching on and off i couldn't work out how to stop it. breakfast offered little choice it needs more variety
