The front desk staff were really helpful. Sasha, Diego, and another gentleman assisted a lot. The hop-on-hop-off bus had a stop across the street. I was able to go around town. This made visiting a lot of places possible.

The bar and public areas seemed smaller than I thought. They looked different from the photos. I expected more space. The size of the areas was disappointing.

the breakfast was not included. the cost ended up being quite high after adding it. i thought that was a bit of a sneaky move! the room service menu was also limited. i think they could improve that, maybe add more options.

the STAFF helped a lot during check in. i found the hotel very clean and in a central position. the breakfast had quality food. i enjoyed pork ribs at the restaurant, it tasted sensational.

the bar looked smaller than the photos showed. areas were not as big, so it was not as spacious.
