I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was huge. Breakfast included many options and great food. It was the best I have ever experienced. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were amazing.

The breakfast had so many options (it was amazing!). the staff was cute and helpful. the location is great for the airport and conference center. they even gave me a free train ticket to the airport. The station is right across the street.
the window between the room and the bathroom offered limited privacy.

i found the room clean upon arrival. the bed was comfortable. breakfast had many options. the s-bahn station is right across the street. it is one stop from the airport. i found this convenient. the hotel offered great value for money.
the air conditioning in my room did not function. it felt quite warm during the afternoon and evening. i was given a simple fan instead of being moved to another room.
