The room was spacious and modern with a well appointed bathroom. I appreciated the complimentary sweet treats I received in addition to the free water. The staff was very friendly and helpful . They offered assistance with directions and other information.

The receptionist ,Mr. Yasin, was friendly and provided helpful recommendations ,which was really appreciated. Bar personnel checked on customers regularly and were very attentive to our needs. The service contributed significantly to a relaxing experience.

One of the elevators was temporarily out of service making wait times a bit longer during peak hours.

a romantic getaway
warm welcomerooftop barlift service
the staff provided a very warm welcome (it made my heart flutter). the rooms felt very clean and fresh. the rooftop bar was an amazing place to end the evenings. i enjoyed the views.
the lift service was limited. only one of the two lifts was working. this caused some delays and congestion, especially during peak hours. i hope they fix it soon.

the breakfast selection offered a lot of variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. the lounge bar area was nicely decorated. seating was available both indoors and outdoors (it was very inviting).

I encountered problems . The staff seemed unhelpful. I found this to be a detriment. The parking situation was not clearly explained, and signage to the public underground parking was inadequate, causing inconvenience with luggage.
