excellent stay with lovely views
convenient location amazing view
the location is very close to the station, that was very convenient! the view was amazing. the hotel had a restaurant bar, i enjoyed breakfast with a sea view, a glass of sparkling wine in the evening, i liked that.
the ensuite doors did not close properly. this gave no privacy. i think the door should be repaired for more comfort.

the hotel restaurant offers sea views. i found a great selection of wines. i enjoyed the option to have breakfast while watching the sea. it was really a treat.

The room i had allocated had amazing views. the room included tea and biscuits, that was a kind touch. the bedding duvet and pillows were of good quality. Everything looked fresh and clean.

great layout helpful staff friendly staff long wait hard egg cold toast
My room, a Signature View Double, have a great layout and decoration. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with luggage.
The wait for a drink was long. My breakfast was really bad and I was sad. The poached egg are hard, the toast are cold and the sausage was overcooked.

train station easy access friendly staff fantastic service superb breakfast interior designer room need electric shaver no point hanging wires
The location is great. It is easy to get to the train station. It makes wandering into the centre easy. The service from the staff was cute, I found the staff to be very friendly. I thought the breakfast was superb.
I found that the room needed an interior designer. There was no electric shaver point in the room. I noticed wires hanging all over the place. They should fix that. A heated towel rail is needed too.
