The pool and sauna area offered a relaxing experience. Breakfast included many choices and was served rather than a buffet , which I liked. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

excellent stay!

the staff was very polite and well trained. i had a single room and found it a perfect space for myself. the bed was comfy, and the room provided everything i could need. the spa area was lovely and calming.
The bathroom was outdated and needs an update. the pillows were uncomfortable. I woke up both mornings with neck pain. there was no smart tv function, and only a few programs were available.

Our room was comfortable. It featured a coffee machine and provided tea. The breakfast included plenty of options. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful! The location allowed a short walk into town.
My bed was slightly harder than the soft one I requested.

The room had good size. It was VERY clean and tidy. Our room had internal view, however this was fine for us since we don't spend too much time there.

The food was beyond EXCELLENT!!! It was tasty and full of flavour. I had meals both in the dining room and lounge. The breakfast had plenty of choice, a great start to the day.

The staff were excellent. They are friendly and efficient. I asked if they could provide some flowers for my wife and they organised a wonderful selection. I HIGHLY recommend the service.

The on-site parking was convenient. I was there for a motorbike holiday. it felt secure. the staff were friendly and helpful. The doorman always smiled and was eager to assist. the food tasted great, and the room was perfect for my needs.
The bathroom felt a little outdated. It could use some updating. the pillows weren't very comfortable. i woke up with a sore neck both mornings. also, the tv didn't have smart functions.

low-level toiletordinary breakfast
I found a few areas needed improvement. the bathroom had a low-level toilet, which isn't ideal. I expect a high-seat one. the grouting was dark. additionally, the breakfast fell short of expectations. the full english was quite ordinary. i expect a higher standard for the price.
