the staff was friendly!

the shower had very low pressure, and i spoke to the front desk, but they weren't helpful. also, the room was tiny with zero view. i found it difficult to reach customer support!

the hotel's location was great. i also liked the free drinks offered during social hour, especially the generous gin pours. storing our luggage after checkout was helpful since we had a late flight home. the staff really assisted me with that.

the check in process was slow. i had to wait a long time because there was only one person at the desk and a large group ahead of me. also, the daily resort fee did not include umbrellas. i thought that was pretty bad and we had to rent one extra.

The staff provided beach towels . This service was quite useful.

The check-in took longer than expected. One employee handled a large family. I had to wait over ten minutes. I chose to get a drink at the bar. It took another 15 minutes. Then I left my bags and ate dinner. I checked in after I returned.
