The valet parking was mandatory, and i found the valets had limited english proficiency making communication difficult. minimal information was provided about the amenities upon my arrival. I would have liked to know more initially. my room wasn't very well designed.

the location rocks because its super close to brickell city center i like that. the staff members were awesome plus the room was really clean i was so happy about it.
