Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
infinity pool ocean view breakfast buffet
The top deck had an infinity pool. It had great views of the skyline and ocean. The dining venue on the 28th floor offered views of the ocean and city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and Asian choices each day.
I thought that the location was not suitable for me, as I had to catch a cab to go anywhere.

The hotel is a bit further from the busiest section of the beach. Going to town or the airport by Grab is still near and convenient, however.

My room included a bathrobe, coffee, tea, slippers, a shaving kit, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, a nice touch. It was very spacious. There was an option for either an ocean view or city views, so I chose the ocean view, and the sunset was amazing.

The hotel has a dining venue on the 28th floor with a gorgeous view. An infinity pool is located on the 27th floor. It provides views of the skyline and the ocean. The hotel has its own spa. foot baths and hot compresses to enjoy.

The staff at the front desk named Van was friendly and explained everything well. Some staff went out of their way to assist me and help me . I found Anh and Nhu to be very friendly and helpful.

an acceptable stay
breakfast selection helpful staff good location stiff bed poor soundproofing smaller van
i enjoyed the breakfast. there was a lovely selection of foods. the staff was helpful and quick. the hotel location was good, it was a bit away from the busy center.
the hotel beds were very hard and stiff. the room's sound proofing was not well done. i was promised a larger airport transfer van. a smaller van arrived in the end.

helpful staff clean rooms great views
the staff was very helpful and informative rooms were large and clean i had great views the beach was right across the street the breakfast variety was also substantial. the smart tv in the room let me access my netflix the doorman stopped traffic for me when i wanted to cross the street i thought that was very thoughtful. i also enjoyed the afternoon tea and snacks on offer.
the elevators were sometimes slow especially when tour groups were present it caused a slight delay.

crowded breakfast area inadequate sunbeds
the location across from the beach was acceptable.
the breakfast area was crowded. the hotel only provided six sunbeds at the pool, an inadequate amount for all guests. waiting for elevators sometimes took 10 to 15 minutes since they were always full.
