fantastic stay!

the room had floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing city views. i stayed on the ninth floor, and the view was fantastic. the staff was always friendly and efficient. the rooftop swimming pool was lovely, especially in the late afternoon.
the breakfast was quite limited.

We got a room on a higher floor. the room was modern. the bed was large. it felt very clean. the breakfast buffet had many choices each morning. It was satisfying.

The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a rooftop swimming POOL that is great for relaxation. I found that location is also a positive. It provides easy access to local attractions.
The gym lacks air conditioning, it limits exercise during warmer times of the day.

the staff were very attentive. huong gave a good rundown on the hotel's services. the rooftop pool offered views and a way to cool down after a hot day.
Laundry was priced by the piece not weight. the breakfast buffet was inconsistent. Some pasta was served cold. there was also an issue with the bed not fitting the oversized platform, i stubbed my toes often.
