from start, the staff welcomes guests VERY warmly. the front desk workers and drivers were friendly and skilled. they focused on our needs WITH thoughtful care and were always ready to help. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the town and lio. they also provide free nespresso, drinks, and snacks.

The free airport transfers and town transfers were acceptable the room's cleanliness was also acceptable.
The hotel shuttle times were not honored I requested a 430p shuttle but I had to wait until 6p for pickup It was inconvenient I found the lack of communication between the front desk and concierge frustrating regarding tour bookings.

the spacious room had a very comfortable experience. i enjoyed hearing the birds from the balcony, especially in the morning. the bed was enormous and comfortable. the hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient.

The staff really stood out to me. from the airport pickup to the end of my stay, they were amazing. They made sure i had everything i needed! the hotel surprised us with decorations and wine since we were celebrating our honeymoon. we loved the marshal speaker in our room. It was a nice touch, and there was a built-in type c.
the front desk and concierge seemed to not communicate well. i had requested a private tour through email. it turned out i was booked on a shared tour. the advertised shuttle times were not reliable. i requested a 4:30 pm shuttle at 3 pm, but was told i had to wait until 6 pm.

the architecture is beautiful! the place was conveniently close to the airport, the beach and the restaurants nearby. the hotel driver and the security guards always greeted us with a smile. my wife loved the little cat, although it was napping most of the time.
the front desk agents and concierge don't seem to communicate with one another.

japanese designupscale appliancesserene vibe
i enjoyed the japanese interior design in the room. it felt relaxing. the room had upscale appliances like smeg and elba, i thought that was special. i liked the aesthetic vibe, it was very serene. the hotel is very close to lio beach. its a pleasant walk and super near, i thought it was further away.
the elevator wasn't working . it was not a big deal, but i had to use the stairs.
