Amazing stay!!!

The staff was SUPER helpful! I enjoyed several swimming options. The AMAZING beachside pool stood out. I also REALLY loved the rooms. They were very well done. I definitely would come back again.
The road to get to the hotel was a bit bumpy. Last order for the restaurant and bar was at 8:30pm. Breakfast closed a bit early, at 10:00am, for a holiday resort.

The staff was nice and helpful. John, Jay, and Marvin stood out as AMAZING staff members. Their service was Perfect. They are super attentive and cater to every need.

The rooms are superb and very modern. The room included great amenities. It was very clean and comfy. The design was great, the lighting was great, and EVERYTHING was great.

This resort sits directly on Nacpan Beach. It's fine. The location allows for long walks along the beach. You will also get to experience fantastic sunsets, all within steps of your room.

disaster roadinsufficient training
The road to get to the hotel was a DISASTER. This. Staff tried their best, but they clearly lacked training to meet the standards of a higher-priced hotel. The FOOD wasn't great either. The experience was weak, the veggie options were few, and breakfast lacked basics like mango or pineapple.

modern roombeautiful beach
the rooms were large and ultra modern. i liked that you can easily close the curtains at the touch of a button (my partner appreciated this feature!). the breakfast was a la carte, so much nicer than a buffet. the hotel paths were well maintained and i found the hotel to be clean. the beach was beautiful.
