The staff was helpful with my luggage. My room was a Beautiful Double Room Extra Bed. The breakfast had a good selection of pastries each morning. The metro station was very close to the entrance.
The elevator was small, and sometimes there was a short wait. The gym had limited equipment. My room had some street noise during the day, but it didn't bother me at night. The bathroom had a old shower head.

charmed by this stay
beautiful decor comfortable bed lovely restaurants
room large. it had beautiful decor. the bed were indeed very comfortable. i also enjoyed breakfast a lot. there was short walk to the metro from there. some lovely restaurants are near.
one staff member at reception was insisting to downgrade us from a junior suite. they wanted to give us double room. this because i'm just a couple. it was noisy at night. it's because of proper double glazing missing.

The decor throughout this accommodation was beautiful. I noted comfortable beds and a spacious room. The air conditioning worked well, a great feature during warm weather.

opera wallpaper amazing breakfast museum entrance
My room featured la scala opera theatre wallpaper. the main entrance resembled a museum, showing various art pieces. i appreciated seeing the grand piano visible from the main lobby. It added a nice touch. the breakfast was also amazing, and the front desk service was great.
the furniture felt a bit outdated for a five-star hotel.

the hotel is near the duomo and other places to see, about a pleasant fifteen-minute walk through via torino. many shops line the route for browsing and exploration, and it is easy to reach many attractions. the location is very convenient.

a lovely little bar is available for a nightcap at the hotel. the main entrance presents art pieces on various tables. a grand piano is present in the lobby area. a breakfast room provides a filling meal every morning.

rooms were well kept and very nice. rooms include excellent soundproofing. the rooms allowed us to relax peacefully after a busy day. our room had la scala opera theatre wallpaper with rococco decor!!!

the location was convenient , being close to the city center and a short walk to many restaurants. my room was spacious and the air conditioning worked effectively , which was essential during the warmer days. the breakfast had a good selection , and i especially appreciated the helpful staff in the breakfast area. room service was organized and efficient , providing an extra level of convenience.
the plastic cups in the room felt a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.
