warm design lovely furniture canal view helpful team
The hotel design felt warm and inviting. The furniture seemed carefully chosen. i particularly enjoyed the canal view. breakfast was a treat, offering a good selection and the team seemed genuinely helpful . i also appreciated the convenient location.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect. i occasionally heard noise from nearby establishments.

Wonderful Stay on the Canal

I loved the canal views. Breakfast offered many choices. The staff was helpful. The bed was comfy. I found the 24-hour check-in very useful since I arrived late. The hotel is right on the canal in Navigli. The outdoor patio garden restaurant is a plus.
The room I had faced the canal and it was loud at night. Even with the windows shut completely, I could still hear the noise until late.

the superior double or twin room canal view was nice and spacious. it had a comfy bed and good bathroom. the location was great, and i found many nice restaurants and bars nearby. breakfast was great, and the staff was super helpful.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust so i did not use it.

i really do love the lovely restaurant, it had an amazing breakfast spread each morning. the staff are helpful. our room was quite quiet, it had a beautiful patio.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, it was either too cold or too humid.

river view great breakfast easy access
I found the river views amazing. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!). accessing the town was easy. I walked most places. the staff helped me find a great little restaurant nearby.
My room faced the canal, and i experienced some noise late into the night (around 2 am sometimes). next time, i will request a room facing the inner garden. I believe it would be quieter.
