Jack and Ellie are AMAZING hosts. The location is great and right on a bus route direct to the city centre. A designer outlet is five minutes away and ALSO on the bus route. I REALLY enjoyed the personal touches.

The front verge looked unkept , and the garden looked unloved. This gave a poor first impression. The front door was VERY difficult to open.

the room had plenty of usb plug ins available. i found ample teas and coffee. a welcome bottle of water and can of cola were provided, it was a nice touch.

The front garden looked unloved. It gave a poor first impression. i found the front door very difficult to open. the stairs to the bedrooms were steep and narrow.

excellent stay near the city

perfect hostscomfortable bed

jack and ellie were perfect hosts they really couldn't do enough for us the room was very nice and the bed was lovely and comfortable i had plenty of storage space for my three night stay there was ample tea and coffee too. the power shower was amazing and there was also shower wash and shampoo in the bathroom
