i enjoyed the location, a short walk to the heart of the city. i found the tea and coffee provisions in the room quite useful. the owner arranged parking permits for a reasonable fee, convenient for me.
I noticed the stairs to the first-floor rooms are quite steep. this could be a challenge with mobility issues. Perhaps a clear warning could help.

the location was ideal near the river and city center. i appreciated the availability of parking permits arranged by the owner for a small fee. my room overlooked the river, it had a comfortable bed and it was very clean.
the stairs to the first floor were quite steep, which presented a challenge after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

the location is AMAZING! the city center is just a short walk away, and the river views are lovely. check-in was easy. i got a very friendly welcome and amazing information about the city from the staff. the room was so clean and comfy! i totally recommend staying here.
the stairs to the rooms are a little steep. i wish i knew that beforehand to plan my baggage situation better.

the location was acceptable being a short walk to the city center.

I found the location convenient, a quick walk from the train station! Martyn communicated entry procedures and provided excellent local dining suggestions. The room had warmth, thoughtful furnishings. a river view. I easily walked to many free attractions from this central location. I was so happy!
I noticed the stairs were a bit steep, but that was a very minor detail.
