constant charming surprises

The service impressed me right away, a very warm welcome. the hotel decor is unique and the staff create a very cute atmosphere. the grounds were clean. The pool area ensured a very fun day. breakfast each morning met my expectations. Its variety was great. i found it easy to access nearby restaurants and activities. eva and ben are wholesome. they assisted with a big milestone celebration and were really good too help. They always offered a smile.
the wi-fi signal was occasionally patchy. it seemed to vary at different times of the day. i'm unsure if this is a bali-wide problem.

staff members always greeted guests with smiles, and they provided prompt assistance. the staff ensured requests were handled efficiently, and they maintained a high level of professionalism. staff were pretty good.

my room had a king-size bed and separate seating area. the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the room temperature was comfortable. two complimentary bottles of water were supplied daily. the room's design had unique charm.

the hotel had three swimming pools each with several lounge chairs and umbrellas. the main pool featured a swim-up bar. there was a spa offering massages, and i saw a sauna. the grounds looked well maintained.

special giftsfriendly staffwater waste
I found little gifts and messages on the mirror. The staff provided turndown service and constant surprises. I really appreciated the thoughtful details and the staff's friendly nature. I thought.
The shower mixer needed improvement, I feel. It wasted a lot of water before reaching the correct temperature. I think timers in the shower would help reduce water waste. I hope this can be looked at.
