the breakfast had many options. coffee was delicious and i enjoyed the fruit. the hotel team seemed invested in making my stay comfortable. the hotel common areas are lovely.
the management seemed unprofessional. someone named sofie cancelled my stay and wrote allegations. i did not receive a refund yet. i hope this gets resolved soon.

the staff was kind and helpful . i was recovering, and their consideration was so appreciated. the restaurant offered great food and service. plus, the massages were amazing!
the location, a short walk from the beach, involved stairs, slightly challenging during my recovery.

The staff was attentive, providing recommendations and responding quickly to requests. they arranged airport pickup and transportation to my next destination, ensuring a smooth transition. contact was easy via whatsapp, a really nice bonus. We loved their service.

the pool offered a cozy area to relax after my outings. i rented a scooter directly from the hotel. it made exploring the area quite easy. wifi worked very well, allowing continuous connection.

i pre-booked breakfast and chose from eight dishes daily. everything was delicious and presented with care! water refills were available at the bar at no cost. the overnight oats were really good!

The location offered easy access to nearby cafes. bingin beach was accessible via stairs. A short walk led to seafood restaurants and sunset views.
The pool is on the smaller side. The number of sunbeds is somewhat limited.
