The staff was always ready to help with directions and suggestions. I felt quite welcome. my room was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the railway tracks. i also used their luggage storage service after checkout which was very convenient..
the elevator seemed a bit slow sometimes.

Breakfast included many options, from fresh pastries to scrambled eggs. Everything looked well-stocked. the dining area was bright and spacious, with tables spaced comfortably apart. staff ensured cleanliness. I saw them regularly wiping down surfaces.

The hotel sits a short walk from the main railway station. I could easily reach it with my luggage. several bus stops are also nearby. These provide access to different parts of the city. i also found a supermarket less than ten minutes away.

the reception staff provided quick responses to my inquiries, both at check-in and throughout my stay. they efficiently handled my requests for extra towels and information about local attractions. i especially appreciated their friendly and professional manner.

I loved the room decor. It reminded me of stepping back into a chic movie scene. complimentary slippers were a sweet touch. It added a bit of luxury. the attention to detail was amazing!!!

i came back after trekking in the alps and the compact room was amazing. it had everything i needed in a well designed layout. windows overlooked a lovely neighborhood i found very pleasant. the reception staff was super friendly, giving excellent restaurant recommendations. this.
the bar had limited cocktail options, i think some more variety would enhance the experience.

The room included a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages. I found slippers in the wardrobe. They were offered without extra charge. The breakfast buffet included a wide array of choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries. Staff assisted me with directions to local attractions. They provided helpful suggestions.
The carpet in the room showed minor signs of wear. This did not significantly affect my stay however.
