mixed feelings about my stay

friendly staffbad shower
the staff was very friendly and offered a free airport transfer, even after i checked out.
pests dropped from the ceiling constantly, so there were insects and some kind of animal droppings in the beds.. the shower had bad pressure and i struggled to regulate the temperature. it reminded me of a waste of money.

i found the gardens beautiful. the staff was friendly, and i appreciated the airport transfer. the breakfast tasted very good. i enjoyed the pool area. the cottage was quite private.
There were some ants in the bathroom. I noticed this once.

overall good experience

beautiful groundsamazing staffloud acunclean sheets
the pool was magnificent. it reminded me of being in another world at this hotel. the grounds are beautiful. the staff are amazing and the hotel is an oasis of tranquility.
the ac was very loud. it was very easy to hear noises. i also found that the sheets were not completely clean when i arrived. i consider this a waste of money.
