The hotel boasts a great location with well kept infrastructure. I found many facilities available including a pool, a tennis court, and table tennis. The room was spacious and it was always kept clean. The pools were always clean and well maintained.

I felt the breakfast selection was a dream. It had so many options. The staff are very friendly. The free hotel shuttle to Dreamland beach was so worth it. I love this beach and the staff are amazing to offer it.
The room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals. It was unpleasant. The bed springs were so apparent, and I am uncomfy. I saw that the shower leaked into the bedroom. I hope that they can manage it, as I do worry about the floorboards and potential mould.

efficient staff spacious suite golf course
Check-in was fast and efficient staff helped with luggage the suite was spacious with two ensuite bedrooms a large lounge a dining area and a kitchen. The balcony offered a golf course view. The hotel accommodated dietary needs with advance notice and the hotel seemed well maintained.
i found the air conditioning units to be very loud making it a bit difficult to sleep soundly at night this could be improved with newer quieter models

excellent staff air conditioning hours
The pools were a highlight. i spent hours there and always found a lounger. the staff were very polite. Devo served dinner and he was excellent. the gym had air conditioning and treadmills (a must for me).
i found the location a bit isolated. you definitely need transport to get around, this i hadn't realised before i arrived.

spacious suite good food well maintained
i found the hotel to be well kept and in a great location. the cleanliness impressed me, and our suite offered ample space and comfort, lovely. i thought both the pool and its bar were great, with good food options available, i spent most of my days enjoying it.
The gym equipment was a bit basic. Some machines weren't fully functional, so that was a slight disappointment.

i found the staff friendly i especially liked how attentive they were the food was also reasonably priced i appreciated the multiple amenities available i made good use of the pool table and ping pong table which were great additions
the tv was not a smart tv which i found a slight drawback
