The location was ideal for transport to the city center.. i found a supermarket next door for snacks and water, also a kiosk across the street. Breakfast was delicious, it had fresh options and something suitable for everyone's taste. The air con in the bedroom worked very well and i found the mini fridge to be a welcomed surprise.
The mattresses felt soft, perhaps too soft. I found that in many rooms they have two single beds pushed together advertised as a double bed. The air-conditioner heating was not functioning properly.

the location proved quite convenient. a tram stop sits right across from the hotel, a definite plus for getting around (i found this especially useful). the breakfast had quite a selection. i liked the availability of hot food.
the room was not as soundproofed as i would have liked. i could clearly hear the cleaner's activities around 7:30 am. the hotel also did not replace the complimentary tea, coffee, or water . finally, the airport transfer service was expensive.

the staff was helpful . they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided assistance when needed. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. i did like that.
the room i stayed in was a bit small! it felt a little cramped, especially with luggage. the air conditioning unit was also quite noisy! this made it difficult to sleep soundly at times. the breakfast buffet was not great.
