Wonderful stay with excellent service
friendly staff spacious room good food
The staff was friendly. Especially, Jessica provided prompt service. The room was spacious. It had a very comfortable bed. I could easily commute to various spots using public transport. The hotel offered good food at breakfast. I liked the variety.

poor air conditioning long queue
the room was spacious enough.
The air conditioning was a problem, struggling to cool the room adequately. also, i found the breakfast queue quite long. It was difficult to get a spot, disappointing considering i had paid for it. these issues impacted my stay negatively.

visible dust faulty air conditioning
The breakfast was fine. It had enough options.
I found the room not clean enough. Dust was visible on surfaces, and the bathroom floor seemed unwashed. the air conditioning did not work properly. It struggled to cool the room, made sleeping difficult.

the pool has cool views. the staff felt very cute. the roof top bar is fantastic, and i could enjoy it. the hotel kept everything well maintained.

The location was convenient. The metro was a short walk. breakfast included many quality options. it had excellent service. the staff was very polite.
The rooftop pool was nice, but it got quite crowded. it was a bit off putting. My daughter and i didn't go in.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. bottled water was provided in the fridge, a nice touch. the reception was informative and helpful .
the breakfast options were exactly the same each day.
