I found the air conditioning system old. it made a VERY loud noise, like a jet engine. this made it difficult to sleep well. The room was either hot or noisy.

The breakfast selection offered a great range. i especially enjoyed dining in the cloisters each morning. secured parking was available, a big plus. anna and donna at the front desk. I thank them.
The room felt a bit tired. the furniture had chipped brown spots. only four tea bags were provided for the entire stay and one bottle of water. there were no replenishments. I found this inconvenient.

the room, superior double or twin room, had a great size. I found good water pressure in the shower, that was very pleasant. I could walk to most local spots easily and enjoyed the proximity. The historical ambiance of the building, a convent previously, had charm.
i noticed a small stain on the bathroom tile, a minor thing really.

the breakfast buffet Included wonderful fresh pastries and fruits. i saw a variety of local cheeses and cured meats displayed. A range of hot dishes were available each morning, i thought.

the pool area presented a good option for relaxation under the sun. i watched hotel staff maintain the pool and surrounding garden meticulously. Several lounge chairs and umbrellas provided shade, as needed.

I was quite annoyed by a couple of things. the outdated air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. (it was like a sauna!) the noise was unbearable, and they didn't offer a real solution. the breakfast was another letdown. It lacked fresh options for the price.
