broken air conditioningtough meat
the air conditioning barely worked in our classic double or twin room. it was like a sauna at night, i felt i reported it, and nothing happened. we struggled to sleep because the room was so hot. also, some food at dinner tasted kinda off, not fresh at all like tough meat.

the gardens were very nice. the pool was beautiful too. breakfast was amazing, and i loved the sunshine and peaceful atmosphere.
the air conditioning in our room was inadequate. i reported it on day one, but nothing was done. the fridge didn't work properly either.
