the rooms was spacious and clean. the indoor pool was great for kids. the staff provided kind service and was wonderful.

the dinner menu had limited variety. mains and desserts could use more choices. the choices for breakfast was little for a hotel at this level and price.

the extensive breakfast had a great variety. parking was included , and it was easy to access from the rooms.

the air conditioner did not work during the day , when it was most needed. it only worked at night , which was not ideal. there were no face towels in the room , which i found inconvenient. the beds only had a thin sheet , so it was quite cold at night.

The breakfast selection felt really limited. it wasn't what i expected for a hotel charging those prices. some things in the bathroom needed repairs, too. the pillows were not comfortable. This was frustrating! for a pousada managed by pestana, there were definitely several details lacking.
