reasonable stay overall
spacious room kind service indoor pool limited dinner menu few breakfast choices uncomfortable pillow
the rooms was spacious and clean. the indoor pool was great for kids. the staff provided kind service and was wonderful.
the dinner menu had limited variety. mains and desserts could use more choices. the choices for breakfast was little for a hotel at this level and price.

extensive breakfast easy parking air conditioner thin sheet
the extensive breakfast had a great variety. parking was included , and it was easy to access from the rooms.
the air conditioner did not work during the day , when it was most needed. it only worked at night , which was not ideal. there were no face towels in the room , which i found inconvenient. the beds only had a thin sheet , so it was quite cold at night.

large variety beautiful view efficient barman
the breakfast offered a large variety of options. the pool area was beautiful overlooking the palace and nearby countryside. i found the bar man friendly and efficient!
The air conditioning only worked at night. Not during the day when it was needed most.

limited breakfast uncomfortable pillows
The breakfast selection felt really limited. it wasn't what i expected for a hotel charging those prices. some things in the bathroom needed repairs, too. the pillows were not comfortable. This was frustrating! for a pousada managed by pestana, there were definitely several details lacking.
