A week of gratitude in paradise
good facilities super clean room friendly staff good food
I had a lovely seven night stay. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities. The housekeeping team kept it super clean. The food in the restaurants was generally very good. Staff members was friendly and helpful.
The music are a bit loud at night, conversation is difficult.

I ate in four different restaurants. The two premium restaurants offered fantastic food with amazing service. The Nami orientalist restaurant offer basic food only, and is not the best restaurant.

The gym has various options like padel and spinning. Pool spinning is also available. The sports hub team keep us moving with functional fitness, its really nice.

My ocean facing room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room offer great TV with choice of channels. The bed are very comfy and I sleep very well.

friendly staff breakfast offering evening entertainment poor mattress no vegetarian option moderate hygiene
the staff were very friendly and efficient across the complex. the breakfast offering was among the very best i have had. the evening entertainment was excellent and varied. the red level facilities were very good.
The quality of the bed was bad. the mattress was just poor. there was no vegetarian option in the red level restaurant. I was required to go to the busier restaurants. hygiene in the hotel was moderate. my partner became ill, probably from food poisoning, and the reception did not address it.
