excellent stay

tina was lovely. she made sure i was comfortable. she made sure i had everything i needed. there was a good choice of food for breakfast. my room was clean. my room was spacious. there was space in the hotel's drive for 3 cars. there was also permit and disc parking on all the nearby streets. the hotel supplied the discs . i booked onto a 2-day art workshop at the north yorks art school. the location of the hotel was perfect. it was perfect for accessing the workshop on foot.
hot water from the bathroom wash hand basin was yellow. it did not look pleasant at all.

the hotel is in a quiet residential area. it is within walking distance to the town. the seafront and other attractions are also within walking distance.

the hosts are very cute and helpful. breakfast times were flexible, a great feature. they have an really good water heater in the ground floor lounge, it makes the perfect cup of tea.
