Central Location and Clean Rooms

The location is perfect. It is in the middle of the city, close to Taksim Square. It is within walking distance to Galata Tower. The hotel smelled fresh and clean. Room cleaning was provided every day, and it was sparkling clean.
Even though the rooms have soundproof windows, the bar next door is very noisy from midnight until 4-5 AM. Avoid staying here if you are a light sleeper. (I personally didn't sleep that well.)

Breakfast included different cheeses, olives, and fresh bread. The breakfast service had good variety. There was fresh fruit juice available daily.

The hotel staff was very helpful (especially with luggage). Staff helped us, because the street is walking-only after 09:00 AM. The bellboy assisted with our luggage to the room.

The hotel location is excellent. You can feel the liveliness of a tourist city. The hotel is easy to find from Istiklal Street. Public transportation is nearby.

The hotel's location offered quick access to istiklal street. the breakfast included authentic turkish food and multiple options. the staff was always helpful. They were very kind to us.
the soundproofing was not ideal, especially with a nearby bar operating late into the night.

the room was cleaned daily. it was equipped with complimentary refreshments that were refilled daily too. the hotel provides transport connections to many main tourist attractions.
The hotel is not easily accessible by van. You have to walk a short distance with your luggage.

The noise from the street was excessive due to poor soundproofing in the room. I was disturbed by street noise most nights. The bathroom floor had broken tiles beneath the rug and holes.
