great location excellent breakfast friendly staff lukewarm water visible cobwebs dripping tap
the location was great it was directly across from the theatre i found the breakfast selection to be excellent the staff were friendly and helpful especially during breakfast i had a freshly cooked meal each morning
the shower did not have hot water in the mornings it was barely warm i noticed cobwebs and dust on the walls in the room a tap was dripping in the bathroom all night which was annoying

Central Location, Comfortable Stay
calm atmosphere spacious room respectful staff
The location is perfect, specially if you want visit the theatre. Inside it is very comfortable, you will feel a calm atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, the en-suite too. Staff was very courteous and, also the housekeepers and at breakfast.
The bar closed early. It was Saturday night, around 11pm. Not even a coffee was on offer to finish off the evening. It seemed everyone had gone home.

Breakfast was excellent. A afternoon tea was lovely, food was pleasant. There is a relaxing restaurant, modern bright decor with sashes of purple and if the day is sunny you can enjoy a drink in manicured gardens.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Neelam and Mary looked after us in the restaurant, they were very accommodating. All of the staff were attentive, polite and approachable if you have any doubt.

The parking facility is excellent and right in the town centre. It is opposite the theatre in the heart of the town with its own private car park. The hotel is super clean, you will notice this when you enter.

adequate stay, some issues
dated room water pipe noise
the location was central to everything, a definite plus.
The room felt quite dated. It could use some refreshing. water pipes made a terrible noise. I reported it, but the resolution was strange. the engineer turned off the hot water, so i had no hot water in the basin afterward.

canned avocado lacking service
The location suited my needs. It was close to points of interest.
The breakfast selection was underwhelming. the quality of the avocado was particularly disappointing. It seemed to come from a can, not fresh produce. i also found i had to repeatedly ask for more fruit at the buffet.

Fair Stay at a Convenient Hotel

The hotel had a very convenient location to the town center. It was a short walk to reach several attractions. My room was a Superior Double Room and it had ample space. The breakfast included many options, and all tasted delicious.
The hotel maintenance needs some attention because my bathroom fixtures had issues. I found the shower hard to operate, and the tap was loose. Some wallpaper was peeling off the wall in my room, and that was disappointing. The room also felt too hot. There was no easy way to adjust the temperature.

loud pipes broken toilet
The noise! the pipes were so loud. i mean, really loud. my husband woke up during the night because of it. also, the toilet flush was a mess. it clearly needed fixing. I found waste in the bowl when i arrived and more kept coming back. it was disgusting!
