central locationdated roomwater pipe noise
the location was central to everything, a definite plus.
The room felt quite dated. It could use some refreshing. water pipes made a terrible noise. I reported it, but the resolution was strange. the engineer turned off the hot water, so i had no hot water in the basin afterward.

The location suited my needs. It was close to points of interest.
The breakfast selection was underwhelming. the quality of the avocado was particularly disappointing. It seemed to come from a can, not fresh produce. i also found i had to repeatedly ask for more fruit at the buffet.

The hotel had a very convenient location to the town center. It was a short walk to reach several attractions. My room was a Superior Double Room and it had ample space. The breakfast included many options, and all tasted delicious.
The hotel maintenance needs some attention because my bathroom fixtures had issues. I found the shower hard to operate, and the tap was loose. Some wallpaper was peeling off the wall in my room, and that was disappointing. The room also felt too hot. There was no easy way to adjust the temperature.

The noise! the pipes were so loud. i mean, really loud. my husband woke up during the night because of it. also, the toilet flush was a mess. it clearly needed fixing. I found waste in the bowl when i arrived and more kept coming back. it was disgusting!
